The Doc Abode team is excited to be attending the NHS Health and Care Innovation Expo for the second year running, taking place at Manchester Central on 4 and 5 September 2019.
Doc Abode has once again been invited to exhibit as part of the AHSN Network Innovation Exchange (previously named the Innovator Zone) - an AHSN coordinated approach to identify, select and support the adoption of innovations that improve the economy and patients’ lives. Doc Abode will join 30 other companies from around the UK which are developing ground breaking products for the NHS, all supported by the AHSN.
At last year’s NHS Expo, Doc Abode CEO Taz Aldawoud attracted the attention of Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Matt Hancock, who spent time with Taz discussing the potential impact of the disruptive technology and how it could change the face of clinician deployment.
The NHS Health and Care Innovation Expo is the biggest NHS-led event of the year. Focused on the NHS Long Term Plan, Expo unites more NHS, local government and social care leaders than any other health and care event. Expo inspires leaders and clinicians to make improvements for patients and service users – almost three-quarters pledge to start new projects or initiatives after visiting. It unites people from right across the health and social care sector to share perspectives, learn from one another, and find solutions.
