Doc Abode Strengthens Leadership Team with new CCO

Doc Abode is delighted to welcome Oli White to the team in the newly created post of Chief Commercial Officer. Oli joins CEO Dr Taz Aldawoud and Chief Operating Officer Imran Younis on the Senior Leadership Team to support ambitious growth plans for 2022 and beyond.

With over 20 years’ commercial management and marketing experience within the tech industry (including CCaaS, PaaS, Digital Services and Teleco), Oli has led teams from multiple organisations across Europe and the USA to deliver on their high growth objectives.

Speaking about his appointment, Oli said: “Having worked collaboratively with Doc Abode previously at Sesui and Babble, I was immediately impressed with the platform and its potential to introduce an intelligent and flexible way of working in the NHS. It’s an exciting time to be joining the business as we look to grow our portfolio of customers; supporting them with cutting edge technology through the adoption of the Doc Abode service; helping provide the best care for patients through better workforce management.”

Having invested heavily in product development, 2021 has seen Doc Abode onboard several NHS organisations. As a result, the Doc Abode platform was instrumental in the delivery of one of London’s most successful vaccination delivery programmes for housebound patients in collaboration with Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL).

Oli’s role as CCO will be focused on building on these successes, raising the profile of Doc Abode and supporting the launch of new functionality for HR, rota management and the scheduling and the deployment of these to solve specific needs in the NHS like it’s delivery for the new Urgent Community Response pathways.

Dr Taz Aldawoud, CEO of Doc Abode commented “2021 has been a significant year for Doc Abode and we are delighted that Oli has joined us on our journey.  Attracting some of the health tech industry’s top talent really shows the level of confidence in Doc Abode and our product as we move into our next phase of growth.”
